During the construction phase it’s all about the details. We have detailed out all of your drawings so your or our contractor knows exactly what our design intent is and has accurate drawings to implement the design, and we will be there every step of the way.

Le Reve Interiors works with the contractors hired by the client. We love working with other design professionals to create your custom space. We prefer to use professionals that we have worked with on previous projects and can provide recommendations when necessary. Le Rêve Interiors does not provide contractor services; so independent architects and contractors hired by the client are an integral part of the process
During the construction phase we work in the interest of you and will visit the jobsite at intervals to ensure the design is being executed as scheduled and quality is maintained. We will manage any project changes with design and/or budget impact. We will schedule status meetings and conference calls for any project follow up.

It's like a dance

we all have our parts!

We all play our part and your understanding of the Contractor, Interior Designer and your own role and responsibilities is essential.
This phase is very exciting and terrifying at the same time! Big transformations are happening and it gets really messy before it gets beautiful! Issues may arise during this phase and require decision or adjustments to the design. It's the Contractors job to bring this to attention to the Interior Designer who will then find an appropriate solution and consult with the client before any changes are made.
There are so many things going on during this process that can be overwhelming and sometimes a client can end up making an on the spot decision or change with the Contractor without guidance from the Interior Designer, which can sometimes throw the project off the rails with out them noticing. There is a unique formula to your custom design and you don't want to pull out strings and have it start to unravel. Entrust your Interior Designer and you will have much more peace of mind and keep the "Vision" intact through this process.
If construction is not part of your scope then you are eagerly awaiting the next phase...Installation!
